CytoLinerTM Fixed Cell Membrane Dyes are novel lipophilic fluorescent dyes developed specifically for use in fixed and mildly permeabilized cells, compatible with later antibody staining. CytoLinerTM 410/450 has blue fluorescence. Kit includes 200 uL of 500X dye and 1 mL of 100X staining buffer.
