Based on immunoelectrophoresis and/or ELISA, Anti-Rat IgG (Fcγ Fragment specific), AlpSdAbs® VHH reacts with rat IgG (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG2c) Fc fragment selectively, no reactivity with mouse IgG, rabbit IgG, goat IgG, human IgG. 6*his tag and one cys were added at the C terminal of the VHH.
