Acts as a transcriptional regulator targeted by the SCF (COI1) E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes in the JA signaling pathway, and interacts with BHLH062 that may directly regulate the ion transporter genes. Acts as positive regulator of tolerance to dehydration stress. Acts as negative regulator of tolerance to cold stress by interacting with MYB30.
